PointShift is a small business, and this policy is written the way we would explain it on a call. We collect only what we need to respond to you and to understand whether our advertising works.

What we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect what you type: your name, email, and optionally your phone number, business name, and message.

We also record how you found us: advertising click identifiers (such as Google's gclid), campaign tags in the link you arrived on, the page you landed on, the site that referred you, and your browser's user agent string. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs.

How we use it

We use your contact details to respond, prepare for, and schedule your call. We use the advertising identifiers to measure which campaigns lead to real conversations, including reporting lead outcomes back to Google Ads. When we do that, your email address is hashed before it is sent, and Google uses it only to match the conversion to the ad click.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers named here.

Where it lives

Form submissions are stored in a Supabase database hosted in the United States. Scheduling happens through Calendly, which has its own privacy policy covering what you enter there. Advertising measurement uses Google Ads.

Your choices

Email us and we will show you what we have about you, correct it, or delete it. No forms, no waiting periods.
